Travel Support

Travel support for US based students is available (subject to approval of a pending NSF proposal). In order to be considered for support, students must indicate at registration that they are a student from a US institution and wish to be considered for travel support. Travel support will be provided on a first-come first-serve basis for out of town students who registered for the conference and requested travel support.

Travel support is contingent upon allocation of funding from the NSF.

Students will receive an email indicating whether they will receive support (if yes, also the rough amount of support) after they have registered. This may take a few days.

In order to facilitate your reimbursement from Washington College, you should keep copies of all receipts, including tickets, tolls, meals, and hotels, and keep records of any mileage.
