ECCAD 2007 at Washington College in Chestertown, Md., is the 14th annual meeting of students, researchers, and practitioners of Computer Algebra and Symbolic Computation. It is a venue for sharing new results and work in progress and for meeting in informal settings in a relaxed atmosphere. ECCAD 2007 is organized in cooperation with ACM SIGSAM.
- When: Saturday, April 21st.
- Registration is requested.
- Proposals for poster presentations are solicited and will be entertained until April 14th.
- Events:
- three talks by invited specialists
- poster sessions
- a moderated panel discussion on "What IS Computer Algebra?"
- Wired and Wireless network access will be available.
The meeting is sponsored by Washington College. Subject to approval of a pending NSF proposal, there will be travel funds for US-based students and recent PhDs.
